TCC Privacy Practices

Updated: Oct 21, 2022

Client privacy at TCC is paramount.

For sex workers, hiring anyone who knows you're a sex worker can feel incredibly risky.

Personally, every time I hired even the most well-established industry pros, I felt like I was putting blind faith in someone else to keep my identity safe.

To address my own fears, I've put extensive privacy practices in place at TCC (some may even say... verging on overboard).

  • Non-Disclosure Agreement: If we decide to work together, we will both sign a NDA agreeing not to disclose anything about the other's identity. You are welcome to review this agreement, have legal counsel, or suggest any modifications before deciding to work together.

  • Initial Consultation: Our initial consultation call will happen over the phone. There will be no need to divulge any private information or your persona name during this call.

  • Identifying Information: There will be no need for you to share your work name, legal name, your city/state, etc if you don't want to.

  • Alternative Payment Options: You will have several options to pay for coaching without revealing identifying information.

  • Confidentiality Agreement: I will also sign the standard coaching ICF-confidentiality agreement, which keeps the content of all of our information, your identifying information, and all of our sessions 100% private.

  • Audio vs. Video Calls: You have the option to do phone-only coaching if you don't want to appear on camera (with the caveat that I find video calls most helpful for overall flow/connection!)

  • Messaging: All client conversations occur through ProtonMail or Signal.

  • Data Storage: All client records are stored on a secure database with non-identifying information (initials only). Any required forms during our time working together will have added security/encryption. No client information will be stored on Google. (Google Docs may be used for goal tracking, but w/o identifying information). All identifying information will be entirely removed/scrubbed from my database at the end of our client relationship.

  • Future Growth/Employees: TCC is currently a 1-woman show. I am the only person with access to any of its data. Nothing will ever be outsourced. In the future, if I bring on additional staff, admin, or coaches, they will be former sex workers and also sign the legally-binding NDA. Additionally, I will be 100% transparent before I even consider future hiring and you'll have the option to opt-out.All current clients will be consulted on any concerns before any future expansion.

  • Future Tech Practices: I will be bringing on a tech consultant in late 2022 to further protect any bases.

Have other concerns? If there is anything you're concerned about that I haven't covered, feel free to email me. I expect these practices to be ever evolving as TCC grows.

Love always,

Natalie
